Ah, the sound of a quiet candlelit restaurant, wine, Italian food, romance … screaming children. A restaurant in western Washington is apparently so eager to deter the unpleasant scenario that it recently gave a patron a discount for having "well-behaved kids." Although the story is unconfirmed, the person who posted the photo online says a server at Sogno Di Vino Italian restaurant in Poulsbo knocked $4 off the check on account of the diner's angel-like tots. The photo uploaded of the receipt has gone viral, prompting a debate over whether it's OK for restaurants to get involved. Sure, discounts are great, but what happens when they start billing per decibel?
