Researchers had 12 men workout on a treadmill at 10a.m. either after they had eaten breakfast or before that ate.
RESULTS:
Those who had exercised in the morning did not consume additional calories or experience increased appetite during the day.
They also found that those who had exercised before they ate burned almost 20% more fat compared to those who had eaten before their workout.
