LINDSAY LOHAN ACCEPTS PLEA DEAL WITH 90 DAYS IN REHAB _ Lindsay Lohan accepted a plea deal on Monday in a misdemeanor car crash case that includes 90 days in a locked-down rehabilitation facility that she won’t be able to leave. The 26-year-old actress, who has struggled for years with legal problems, pleaded no contest to reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing officers who were investigating the accident involving the actress in June.

... She was also found in violation of her probation in a 2011 necklace theft and sentenced to 180 days in jail. However, she will be able to avoid jail time if she complies with the conditions of her plea deal that also includes 30 days of community labor and 18 months of psychological therapy.

... Before Lohan left the courtroom, Superior Judge Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney offered her a suggestion: "Don’t drive."

BLAKE SHELTON, MIRANDA LAMBERT HAVEN'T SPLIT DESPITE RUMORS _ Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert used Twitter over the weekend to ridicule a Life & Style cover story alleging that the two were headed to splitsville due to Shelton flirting with 26-year-old singer Cady Groves. Blake tweeted: "Hey @mirandalambert... I just read in a tabloid that our marriage is falling apart!" His wife quipped back, "Oh no! Can't wait to read if we make it or not."

HANSEL AND GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS SEQUEL IN THE WORKS _ Hollywood is bound to run out of good fairy tales to adapt sooner or later, but of course even that doesn’t have to spell the end of the fairy tale reimagining trend. As long as sequels are still a thing, each one of these adaptations can be stretched out into a franchise. And that’s precisely what’s happening with one that opened earlier this year. While Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters failed to make much of an impression in the U.S. when it hit theaters two months ago, it's had much better success overseas, making, so far, over $200 million. That's four times what it cost to make the movie, which is why Paramount says it's pushing ahead with a Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters sequel.

IAN MCKELLEN TO OFFICIATE AT X-MEN COSTAR PATRICK STEWART'S WEDDING _ Magneto marrying Professor X? Ian McKellen, who has played the metal-bending mutant Magneto in three X-Men movies, says, "I'm going to marry Patrick [Stewart]. I am going to officiate at his wedding." Stewart will be married in Massachusetts, which offers a service that allows a family friend or relative to perform a couple's wedding ceremony.

The Wilson Phillips star is suffering from a bout of Bell’s palsy on the left side of her face, however she’s confident the condition, which weakens muscles and causes drooping, will subside in the coming weeks.

JUSTIN BIEBER PAYS TRIBUTE TO TRAGIC FAN _ Justin Bieber has paid tribute to a young fan who lost her battle with cancer on Sunday. Justin made little Briana’s dreams come true last year, when an online campaign launched by her parents led to a meeting between the 10-year-old leukemia sufferer and her pop icon. Taking to his Twitter page on Monday, he wrote, "just got news about little Briana. I was honored to meet her. I know she is up in heaven smiling.#love."

BEYONCE KNOWLES ADMITS TO CHEATING ON HER DIET WITH PIZZA _ Beyonce Knowles covers the April 2013 issue of Shape Magazine, and the 31-year-old superstar chats about losing her baby weight, what she eats and how she lets herself cheat once a week when it comes to her diet. Beyonce gained a whopping 57 pounds during her pregnancy with Blue Ivy, and she tells the mag, "I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again!" To drop the pounds, the Grammy winner ate a low calorie diet, stayed away from red meat, ate a lot of fish and replaced pasta and rice with quinoa. She's still on her super-health diet, but she treats herself to one meal on Sundays when she can have whatever she wants -- and it's usually pizza.
