Steve Mack/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) -- Mariah Carey is off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of...Disney.  She's recorded a song for the new Disney film Oz the Great and Powerful, which will be in theaters March 8.  The movie is a prequel to the classic film The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
The song, "Almost Home," will be released Feb. 19.  Mariah, who co-wrote and co-produced the track, says, "It has a message that works beautifully with the film.  It’s a feel-good record; it gives you the feeling of reaching your home and being with people that you love.”
The song's video will be directed by David LaChapelle, who was behind the camera for Mariah's "Loverboy" video.
