EFFECT SNOW WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING
TO NOON TUESDAY FOR MEDINA... SUMMIT... AND PORTAGE COUNTIES.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 4 TO 8
  INCHES ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF MEDINA... SUMMIT AND PORTAGE
  COUNTIES WITH 2 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS THE SOUTH.

* TIMING...THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES
  THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE TONIGHT.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH TODAY BECOMING
  NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED. BLOWING AND DRIFTING
