The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 8 PM Sunday, for most of the eastern half of Northeast Ohio.

The watch means conditions are favorable for potential severe storms through the early evening hours.  The watch includes most of the immediate Akron, Canton and Cleveland areas and extends east to the Ohio-Pennsylvania border.
