Author and blogger Kelly Williams Brown, whose new book Adulting: How to Become a Grown-up in 468 Easy(ish) Steps came out this week, believes true maturity is instead built on smaller stepping stones: using the correct screwdriver, wearing sunscreen, not going around telling everyone the foolish thing your friend did at 14. "Those moments of feeling together and in-control, we kind of need them," Brown says. "Because life…

LeAnn Rimes Says ‘Screw You’ to Brandi GlanvilleABC(NEW YORK) -- LeAnn Rimes fired back at husband Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, after Glanville called the singer “insane.”
After joking to Jimmy Kimmel Tuesday night that “I am” insane, Rimes said, “I usually don’t engage, but there comes a time when you’re just like, ‘Screw you.’ That’s it, and that’s all you wanna say and you’re like, ‘I’m done with this now,’ for like another three months.”
“I think it’s kind of interesting how it seems one-sided most of the time,” Rimes said, touching on the ongoing feud between the current and former Mrs. Cibrian, “but then, you know, you just kinda get fed up with people lying about you.”

Glanville, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, made the comment about Rimes Monday night on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live.
“I’m not on the show,” Rimes said about Real Housewives, though her name frequently comes up. “And I don’t really enjoy it. Because I do actually make music and I love it.”
Rimes, who said that she had recently lost her voice and wasn’t supposed to talk for the next two weeks, was promoting her latest album, Spitfire.
Though she said she does not watch Housewives, she added, “I do know what’s going on because I have to deal with my publicist every Monday.”
The singer also drew headlines Wednesday for her hairstyle on Kimmel. Perhaps, Rimes was going for Johnny Cash’s trademark pompadour. Instead the singer’s hairdo, pulled back in a severe knot with some locks left teased to the side, made her look more like another music artist from a different era: 1980′s Vanilla Ice.
The 30-year-old country singer completed her look with a black sheer top paired with white skinny legs jeans and sky-high platform stilettos.
