First Congregational Church of Akron has brought the Stephen Ministry to our
congregation. Stephen Ministry is a ministry in which lay persons called Stephen Ministers are trained and supervised to provide one-to-one care giving to individuals who are grieving, in crisis, or experiencing other stresses of life's challenges.
